Telephone Answering Service
With DFT Priority One, your business is never closed. At the end of your business day, simply "forward" your phone to DFT Priority One. Your incoming calls are routed via the Telescan Earthnet (the industry leader in automated telephone answering service computer and software systems) computer system to the next available operator.
Your call is displayed on our computer screen with explicit and customized instructions, notes and procedures. the screen instructs our operator on how to answer the call. For example - "Good Morning, Thank you for calling ABC Plumbing, this is Joe, how may I assist you?" or "Good Evening thank you for calling Cigarette Smoke Shop. What can I order for you today?"
Our screen also typically displays your business's hours, your employees, what you charge, your address, the services your business provides and what you don't do. All messages are typed on the screen and verified with the caller, then depending on your instructions, your message is either held for when you call in to check for messages, or immediately routed to you via email, fax, pager, or a call placed by our operator to another of your phones/locations and the message relayed to you verbally. Order Processing
Your business is never closed, we allow you to be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without the huge expense of around-the-clock employees. It makes no sense for your business to have employees sit around the clock waiting for the phone to ring.
We, on the other hand, will do just that and only cause an expense to the business if we take a call, otherwise you just pay the flat monthly fee. As with the telephone answering service above, all calls are routed through Telescan system with the answering of the calls likewise customized to the customer. A drop down menu of the business's products displays items for sale, brief descriptions and pricing. Any special requirements like minimum orders, discounts, taxes, shipping, delivery times, etc. can likewise be displayed and given out to the caller. The screen also typically displays your business's regular hours, employees, charges, address, services provided, what you do, etc.
