This applies to DFT Wireless to DFT Wireless customers and NOT with any other carrier.
Phones and Accessories
DFT will order phones and accessories for each sale. Phones will be delivered and activated at DFT for customer pick-up. Phones have a 30 day manufaturer warranty.
Porting
Phone numbers can be ported from either wireless or wireline carriers. To port we must have the following:
- The number to be ported.
- A copy of their phone bill. (Billing Name, Account Number, Physical Address for the Porting Number)
- Their PIN code, if one is assigned to their account records.
- Name of Old Service Provider (OSP)
Wireline ports will require 4-10 business days from the date that the Wireline Carrier advises that the information is correct.
Reactivation Charge: $30.00
Make sure that your phone has the latest software. Simply press *22891 send and press 2 while in your local area. We recommend doing this every 3 months.
Rates do not include applicable fees, local, state, federal taxes and surcharges. Air time is rounded to the next full minute, so actual allowance may vary. Unused airtime minutes are lost. Charges for calls that connect begin when you press "send" while placing a call, or upon connection to the system. On incoming calls, charges may begin prior to the ringing and before you press "send" to receive the call. Charges end when the call disconnects from the system, which may be a few seconds after you press "end", when you place calls that ring 60 seconds or more you may be billed at normal airtime rates even when such calls are busy or unanswered. One-or two-year agreement required. $35 activation fee on a one-year agreement. $20 activation fee on a two-year agreement. Early termination fee applies. Night hours are 7:01 pm-5:59 am Monday-Friday, weekend hours are Friday 7:01 pm-Monday 5:59am. Pricing subject to change. Certain restrictions apply.
