Professional System Evaluation And Price Quote – $45.00

• This fee is waived if recommended repair is purchased
• This fee may also be used for basic to minor problems (ie: a setting in Windows)

Repair Bench Rush Fee – $40.00

• Rush fee for emergency computer repair needs
• Rush fee is offered to allow a computer to move to front of the current evaluation queue. This does not guarantee turnaround time on the repair.
• Technicians and Netsync® Store Employees reserve the right to suspend the rush at anytime.

PC Pickup Service – $45.00

• Netsync® will schedule a pickup of equipment from the customer’s home.
• Service includes scheduled delivery after work has been completed. Customers outside of a ten mile radius of the Netsync® site will pay $35 fee for each pick-up/delivery.

At Home Technical Service (work done outside of 38 Temple Street) – $75.00 First half hour

• We will provide any and all of the above services in the comfort of your home.
• There is a flat fee for the 1st 1/2 hour for any service requested. Billing in 1/4 hour increments following (within Chautauqua County)
• Parts are not included in this price.

Remote Support – $75.00/hr

• Billed in 15 minute increments.
• Scheduled appointments only.

Computer Cleanings – $35.00

• Dust and dirt cleanup with our Anti-Static Vaccum
• Cleaning is included in System Optimization or Reformat of OS – if requested by customer

Desktop Hardware Installation – $60.00*

Hardware is purchased from Netsync

• Installation of Ethernet cards, dial-up modems, optical drives, memory, etc. (excludes hard drives)
• Does not include the cost of the hardware
• Price may increase if proper drives or installation software (CDs/DVDs) are not present

Motherboard Installation – $145.00*

• Installation of motherboard into case
• This includes the installation of a replacement motherboard and the integral parts of the machine. If Windows needs to be reinstalled, it will incur an additional charge of our current reformat rate. Special arrangements such as RAID may also incur additional fees.

Hard Drive Installation or Replacement – $120.00*

• Hard drive is purchased from Netsync®.
• Install or replacement includes format and install of operating system and system drivers as well as basic data recovery attempt
• Third party software is not covered in these prices.
• Netsync® makes no guarantee that all data may be recovered with a faulty hard drive.

Laptop Hardware Repair “Case Cracking Fee” – $80.00*

• Replacing/swapping/repairing internal components
• Work inside laptops is done at $35/hr rate after initial hour if the “case needs to be cracked” for a screen, keyboard or fan/heat sink replacement.
• Does not include motherboard replacements
• Netsync® repair technicians refer all customers to the System Manufacturer if the motherboard is found malfunctioning or DOA

Reformat/Reinstall/Upgrade of Operating System Software – $80.00*

• Reformat of Hard Drive and installation of Operating System to the same or newer version.
• Updates done with all Operating System reformats.
• Does not include the cost of the new software.
• Reformat includes backup of data
• Free System Cleaning with Anti-Static Vacuum (by customer request)
• Prices on include Operating Systems still supported. Unsupported OS will be done at $75/hr

Install/Reinstall of System Software – $30.00

• Installation of any software other than the Operating System.
• Updates can configuration of the software included.
• Does not include the cost of the new software.

Install/Reinstall of System Hardware Drivers – $45.00/ea. or $80.00 for multiple

• Updating and configuration of hardware to latest working drivers or finding missing drivers.
• This includes finding working drivers for Chipset, Video Card, Sound Card, Ethernet, and Wireless Drivers.

Lobby Consultation – $45.00/hr.

• Provide assistance and education to customers in our 38 Temple lobby (ex. helping customer set up Facebook account, teaching them computer basics, etc.)

System Optimization (Spyware and Virus Removal with OS Performance Tweaks) – $80.00*

• Full system scan including detection and removal of spyware and viruses
• If viruses have corrupted the machine, prices may increase
• System defragmentation, installation of updates, registry cleaning and repair
• Covers any amount of viruses infecting computer
• Free physical system cleaning with Anti-Static Vacuum (by customer request)

Professional Troubleshooting and Software Resolutions – $75.00/hr

• Software configuration changes necessary for the correct functioning of the computer
• Can include the need to re-download software or reinstall software from customer’s media
• This fee may include any other type of work that is not easily covered under any other catagory.
