If you are receiving pop-ups stating you have an incorrect password, entering it in the pop-up window will not fix the issue. You must go into the account settingsof your client and re-enter your password there. There are instructions on how to do this with several email clients available at https://www.netsync.net/support under “Email Tutorials.”
