Paying your DFT Communications bill has never been easier. Through our new and improved digital billing portal, you can simplify your life and access more information and features than ever before!

Please note: Customers who utilized our previous digital billing portal through CDS Global DO NOT need to reregister to utilize the new portal. All accounts from the previous system have been automatically transferred over to our new system, and you may use your existing login credentials to log in.

Access Billing Portal

Get Ready for an all-new Digital Bill Pay System.

 

DFT Communications is pleased to announce that we have transitioned to an all-new online bill payment system to better serve our customers’ needs.

 

To access their new digital billing portal, customers will need to visit the portal homepage, which will be available by clicking on the ‘Access Account’ button as they have done in the past.

On the Login page, existing customers may enter in their existing login credentials from the previous bill pay system. If you have forgotten your password, you can click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link located next to the blue login button.

Once logged in, you will now have access to the new digital billing portal where you can pay your bill, set up auto pay, view your billing history and more.

Customers who have additional questions related to the switch, their current account status, or are seeking information on the new system should contact our Customer Service Representatives at 716-673-3000 Monday thru Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from DFT Communications allows you to have your DFT payment transferred directly from a checking or savings account, or have it billed to your credit or debit card. The choice is yours. Both options offer you the ease of automatic payment and peace of mind, while making your life a little easier.

Never worry about another payment.

 

EFT is the perfect solution if you:

  • Travel – Your bill gets paid on time even if you’re not home to write the check.
  • Hate the hassle of writing out a check and putting it in the mail.
  • Want to avoid late payment charges.
  • Are unable to pay in person.

Enrollment is easy.

 

To enroll in EFT, call or stop in to our offices to request an EFT enrollment brochure, or download an enrollment form by clicking the ‘Sign Up’ button above. Fill out the form and return to DFT. If you choose to have your payment withdrawn from a checking or savings account, you will need to include a copy of your check (a voided check is acceptable) or a savings deposit slip.

Terms of Agreement

When you sign up for EFT or Credit/Debit Card payment, a message on your bill will indicate the date and amount that will be withdrawn from your account or charged to your credit card. You must continue to pay your bill as you normally would until this message appears. Once DFT begins electronically transferring funds, please remember to keep a sufficient balance in your account to cover payment and avoid charges for insufficient funds. If you change accounts or financial institutions, please notify DFT by mailing a new authorization form along with a new voided check or savings deposit slip. You have the right to stop payment and make other payment arrangements in any particular month by calling DFT Communications at least 3 business days prior to EFT bill payment date. Paperless billing is mandatory with EFT and Credit/Debit payment.
